(More customer reviews)After using the retractable cord about the fourth time I noticed the plastic encasing the wires of the cord buckling and split open. I use things very gingerly. I wish Gomadic would have used a regular round cord rather than a flimsy cheaply made flat cord. The cord stopped working a few times after the cord split. Do not bother wasting your money on this disposable item.
