One important note is that tip #37 is required if the zen-v-plus is going to be charged using anything other than a computer USB connection (wall charger for example). I received this product with tip #21 which is just a standard USB connection and will only work when connected to a computer. Gomadic by the way replaced the tip for me free of charge.
