(More customer reviews)this item's hot sync feature is fake. there is a hotsync emblem on the device but its not an actual button, meaning u will not be able to do anything more then charge ur device through the computer. this product is a ripoff and a lie. i am surprised amazon would associate with such a descpicable seller.
