(More customer reviews)I misplaced the usb cable for my nwz-a818, and went searching for a repalcement. Found these with the interchangeable tips, and decided to give them a shot. When I got the cable, the computer and walkman would detect each other and the walkman would begin charging, but I couldn't load any files onto the walkman or delete any off. Annoying.
So I emailed gomadic's cusotmer service and they got back to me in about 30 minutes to make sure I had the right tip. I did, so they sent me a new cable and tip. It came in a day and a half, and worked perfectly! Now it charges and syncs no problem. Highly recommended.
