A generic modem
with Conexant chip set I was expecting a Modem with DualComm on it not Conexant
Further more It was supposed to have Fax and Call Id Software with it
or at least the picture on amazon's site eluded to that in the Technical Details and Product Details on this link

I have purchased products before from amazon with no problems.
beware of third party or partner sites especially ones just starting up
Do not Buy From NeoDigi
Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth.
stay far far away from NeoDigi
If I had indeed received the correct modem then I would have probley given it a very good rating.
