(More customer reviews)Cable came with a mini CD that had drivers on it, but the drivers do not install properly, and the computer does not recognize my E1000 phone when connected with the cable. Instructions did not work, either as the prompts do not appear as required.
Product unusable for me & I troubleshoot PC problems in my spare time.
