(More customer reviews)Bought as a replacement for original that got lost. I separate adapter tip on this, gives you the ability to replace just the USB portion of the cable if it should get damaged. Have not used to download yet, but plays through car stereo just fine and charges. Wish the coiled cable were a bit longer, just and inch or so to reach the center console in the front seat of my vehicle a bit easier. Would not recommend allowing it to just hang, as this will damage the cable over time.
