Wired Home designed the WH3X8IR for efficient distribution of RF and broadband signals to eight different locations. An internal unity gain amplifier maintains a noise-free output signal, even over long runs. Two additional F-connector coaxial inputs allow for the insertion of modulated signals such as a front door camera, DVD, or a nursery camera into your RF distribution system. Bi-directional capability provides a return path for cable modem, digital cable and pay-per-view services. Additionally, a built-in IR hub allows for remote control of source devices without the need to run additional wires. Simply connect a coax compatible set-top target for IR control to all desired rooms.
